It's quite simple, but very striking at the same time. I like this kind of dark urban photography.
You have nicely managed to capture the snow flakes on the air. I have problems on capturing snow flakes, they aren't visible on some parts, usually on the sky they always seem to disappear on my photos. You have managed to get the flakes visible on every part evenly.
